The Saint Michael School Preschool is a Virginia Department of Social Services certified and accredited educational and child care facility. Our program serves three and four year olds, half or full-day children Monday through Friday.
Leading our preschool is Mrs. Rachel Wood, our preschool director. Since its inception well over 10 years ago, the preschool program at Saint Michaels has grown in leaps in bounds (much like our students) and now supports three classes with the space to grow if needed.
As with all things at Saint Michaels, our faith is the most integral part in our education. Your child will learn all about Jesus’ love for us, their prayers, Christian morals, and even attend weekly Mass with a Mass buddy from fifth grade!
Our preschool program is an extension of our K-8 grade school, meaning your son or daughter receives all the benefits of a standalone preschool, while still being taught weekly by state certified teachers in library, music, physical education, and art.
Our full day preschool students may participate in our extended day program (3:00-6:00), and before school care beginning at 6:45 AM (until 7:45 AM).
